BECC Fellows Scholarships
Students currently enrolled in studies or research related to BECC topics may apply for a limited number of scholarships. If awarded, registration free will be reduced to only $100. Scholarships do not cover travel, hotel, or incidental expenses. Application deadline is August 1; applicants will be notified by Sept 1.

Refer a Friend

How to Enter:

Additional details: There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. For every qualifying new attendee you refer, you receive one prize drawing entry. Prize recipients may only win one item. Drawings for the hotel room upgrade will be held at least 21 days prior to the 2025 conference. Drawings for the 2027 conference registrations will be held during the 2025 conference. The recipient of the hotel room upgrade is responsible for all charges related to their hotel stay. The prize only includes the complimentary upgrade at the discounted group rate. ACEEE staff and vendors are not eligible. Promotion is open through October 31, 2025.
Registration Cancellation Policy
ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING. Please provide a brief explanation for the cancellation and submit via email to info@beccconference.org. Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the start of the conference (on or before October 2, 2025) are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or after October 3, 2025, are not eligible for a refund.
Substitutions are accepted prior to the start of the program. Additional costs may apply. Please provide the original confirmation number, current participant name, and new participant name to info@beccconference.org.
BECC Fellows Registrations are fully refundable on or before October 2, 2025.
Cancellations received:
On or before October 2, 2025 – Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
On or after October 3, 2025 – Non-refundable
