2025 Registration Fees

*Student Scholarship applications will open in April. If awarded a scholarship, your registration fee will be reduced to $100. The scholarship does not include housing or travel expenses.

Registration Cancellation Policy
ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING. Please provide a brief explanation for the cancellation and submit via email to info@beccconference.org. Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the start of the conference (on or before October 2, 2025) are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or after October 3, 2025, are not eligible for a refund.
Substitutions are accepted prior to the start of the program. Additional costs may apply. Please provide the original confirmation number, current participant name, and new participant name to info@beccconference.org.
BECC Fellows Registrations are fully refundable on or before October 2, 2025.
Cancellations received:
On or before October 2, 2025 – Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
On or after October 3, 2025 – Non-refundable
